The Performance Bonus is generated out of sales volume achieved by selling Product Combo worth 200BV to the new customer or selling other products worth 4000PV or above to the new customer within 30 days of customer registration.
BV (Business Volume) is a simple unit number assigned to each Product Combo & PV (Point Value) is a unit assigned to each individual product. Thus each Product Combo has BV assigned to it and individual product has PV, Distributor Price (DP) and Maximum retail Price (MRP), which are published in connection with each available products. Performance Bonus is calculated on Business Volume generated thru sale of Product Combo. A formula of 20PV = 1BV is used to calculate Business Volume generated thru sale of individual products.
Income on Direct sales of 400 BV in two front-lines
Once achieving ARL-IBO status, your income of Rs. 500/- is generated after the direct sale volume of 400BV i.e 200BV each in two front-lines. The system recognises them as Group A & Group B.

Further income of Rs. 3200/- is generated on the commencement of direct sales of 400BV (200BV each in two new frontlines, one in Group A & other Group B).

Further 200BV in each group renders An ARL-IBO eligible to get a share of 1% of total payout to be distributed on monthly basis amongst all ARL-IBO's eligible for the same, subject to his/her commission generation from direct/indirect sales done in his/her group in any one of three Performance Bonus Sales closing cycle in that month.
Income on indirect Sales done through front-lines
An ARL-IBO can generate substantial Performance Bonus by assisting the front lines ARL-IBO’s of both the groups to promote the sale of products. All such sales done by the front line ARL-IBO’s are called Indirect Sales. The indirect sales bonus is distributed as under:
Turn-over Bonus is calculated on the purchases made by the consumers on monthly basis. The total PV associated with monthly sales volume is tracked to determine the Turn-over Bonus bracket. The higher PV total, the higher the percentage (up to 30%) used in calculating ARL-IBO’s bonus (see the Turn-over Bonus Schedule below).
To figure ARL-IBO’s gross Turn-over Bonus, add the Pass-up Volume from ARL-IBO’s frontline IBOs (those personally registered) to his/her personal PV, then make his/her calculation according to the Turn-over Bonus Schedule. However, any Turn-over Bonuses earned by his/her frontline IBOs, using the same Schedule, must be subtracted from the gross amount to arrive at ARL-IBO’s net Turn-over Bonus. In addition, he/she will at least be at the same percentage bracket as his/her frontline.
To determine the Turnover Bonus slab, PV of two consecutive months is added together. The slab thus achieved is maintained for all time, irrespective of business volume in the month.

Leadership Performance Bonus
ON ACHIEVING 20,000 BV – An ARL-IBO becomes eligible to get a share of up to 3% of total payout to be distributed amongst all ARL-IBO’s who have crossed 20,000 BV mark.
Similarly, An ARL-IBO can earn his/her share of Leadership Performance Bonus of up to 7% as per the table appended below:
